Ampelos Villas

Ampelos Apartments are located in Xerocambos - east coast of Crete. Ampelos is a complex of three rooms, one apartment, superbly positioned on the coastal area of Xerocambos. Far from the madding crowd, 400 m to the white sandy cove in the south east of the island of Crete, just 24 km off Ierapetra, 33 km off Sitia.
The complex, owned by the Kekeridis family, located at 800 m from the sea and the on the beginning of the village Xerocambos.

Extra Information

Well furnished and well inserted, surrounded by greenery and flowers, high stand art of cleanliness for the three types of accommodation proposed all with sea view. In the veranda stands out a huge Tamarisk, 100 years old, which creates an outside living-room of particular charm in a lovely scenario.

The mini-market is 600 m. far and the nearest restaurant (Liviko View) is at 300 m. distance. Holidaymakers are accommodated in three rooming houses on the grand floor each.

Double room with bathroom, fridge and air-conditioned and veranda.

Triple room with bathroom, fridge and air-conditioned and veranda.
(The accommodation types dispose of outside kitchen in common use).

Three bedrooms villa (7 beds), living-room, bathroom, air conditioning, garden and private veranda.

Bed linen change every 5 days (towels every 3 days).
The apartments are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12 of the departure date.
