Accommodation types:
 TYPE A.
Two studios, about 30 m². in size and accommodation capacity for 2-3 people. Each one provides a living/bedroom with double and single bed, which is somewhat set apart in a corner, kitchenette, shower/WC and sun terrace with a beautiful view.
TYPE B.
Five maisonettes, about 50 m². in size and accommodation capacity for 2-4 people. Each one provides a living/bedroom with 2 fixed - sofa beds, a full equipped kitchenette, seating area and terrace in the ground floor.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where a bedroom with a fixed double bed, hip bath/shower/WC and balcony with magnificent unbroken sea view are set.
TYPE C.
Four apartments, about 50 m² in size for 4 peoples. Each of them with two bedrooms most of which have two built in single beds, a living/dining room with a full equipped kitchenette, bathroom/WC and a large balcony terrace with beautiful view over the bay.
TYPE C1.
One apartment, about 44 m². in size, accommodating capacity for 4 people, a living/dining area with full equipped kitchenette, shower/WC and a very big terrace with beautiful sea view.
TYPE D.
The Cretan family house is situated down a small side road to the beach. The sand and pebble beach lies only about 100 m. away and the first shops, tavernas as well as the bus stop are about 200 m. from the house. The apartment for rent is located to the first door and is for up to 5 people. It includes two bedrooms, one large and one small each with a double bed, an extra bed in the living room and a shower/WC. A breakfast bar divides a large living room from a well equipped kitchenette with full size electric cooker and fridge.
From a small balcony, you have a lovely view over the surrounding gardens stretching across to the sea. The garden of the house, with burgeoning plants and beautiful shady trees is also a magnificent place for relax. |
